All service-related intellectual property belongs to Speechimo and Markora LLC or their licensors. Users:
We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We retain IP addresses for 90 days for security and fraud prevention. Your content may be processed by our third-party API providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and AssemblyAI) according to their respective privacy policies. Users have rights regarding their personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or risk to other users. Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all features and remaining credits.
Neither party shall be liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, flood, embargo, riot, sabotage, labor shortage or dispute, governmental act, or API provider outages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.
